Chair Squeeze Method

Get in the comfortable position of the chair. Squeeze your penis to stop your urine flow, hold on for five seconds.

Perform these therapeutic exercises in five sets with eight repetitions per set. If you regularly do these exercises, it can delay the ejaculation.

Squeeze Technique
