The original reason for this problem is psychological, in most of the cases. However, at the stage of diagnoses, it is necessary to first check up on all the possible biochemical and systemic aspects of the body. If the issue still persists, in spite of good health, the patient’s confidence in himself will need to be re-established as well.

Mindless race and chaotic lifestyle have become the norm today. This leads to excessive fatigue and severe tension in people. Usually, it is seen that this becomes a key reason for the loss of libido and disappointing performance during intercourse.

Male infertility can be due to the sperm count dropping lower than the required level of fertility. Either large numbers of sperm are not generated as required or they are affected with abnormalities of morphology and cannot serve the purpose of fertilising the female egg.

PERMATORRHOEA (NOCTURNAL EMISSIONS)

This condition can be defined as an involuntary release of semen without an orgasm. Permatorrhoea typically occurs while asleep. Several patients find this symptom distressing and it can lead to psychosomatic issues like excessive sweating, headaches, lack of concentration, giddiness, etc.

SEXUAL WEAKNESS IN ELDERS

As the years advance and lifestyle takes its toll on health, sexual intimacy tends to become a casualty and desire for sexual intercourse is likely to diminish over time, especially in males.
