Patient Symptoms Used For Defining Premature Ejaculation By Dr. Hameed Ibrahim

Case Scenario

“Hi doctor! I am Raju, married for about 5 years now and of 38 years of age. Right from marriage and the day I began my sex life, quick ejaculation has been my problem. It is within few minutes of getting into the sexual intercourse that I face this issue. At times, I also ejaculate during foreplay itself and even before I start to have sexual intercourse. I have good erections, with which I am satisfied and not suffering from any type of major illness. What I am bothered about is my quick ejaculation due to which my wife is not being able to be satisfied, thereby leading towards unsatisfied sex life.

My wife for majority of the time, does not feel orgasm,  since within minutes of intercourse, I ejaculate. At times, she is being satisfied and gets orgasm through oral sex and foreplay, leaving her in unsatisfied condition most of the times. I am really stressed with the whole thing and some type of disharmony is being created between us. I am really worried and tensed and need your immediate assistance doctor. Can PE be cured completely?”

Dr. Hameed Ibrahim – An Interpretation by Specialist in Infertility and Sex

This issue is noticed to be among the most common of all symptoms present, suffering from PE (Premature Ejaculation). The patient, right from the time of beginning his sex life has been suffering from Premature Ejaculation or rapid climax of severe type. Vaginal Penetration (sexual intercourse) is not being provided by him to his wife for over two minutes, thereby causing in her lack of orgasm and being dissatisfaction.

The patient’s wife is sure to be affected by this type of condition and over the years is sure to lose interest in sex, because of constant non-orgasmic sexual intercourse. She does give sex the due importance, while sexual intercourse frequency gradually goes down, aggravating PE problem in her husband, thus leading towards dissatisfied sexual life.

It is after trying to analyze the level of satisfaction among the partners that PE needs to be understood. If most of the time sexual intercourse is non-orgasmic leading both to feel dissatisfied, then there exists PE to some degree in any of the partner.

PE does not come with any precise definition, while sexual intercourse comes with no precise time duration. PE is caused in the man, if he  is said to ejaculate before orgasm is achieved by his sex partner over 50% of the sexual encounters between them.

85% of women are said NOT to achieve orgasm while having sexual intercourse, and about 72% of them lie of having orgasm to their men to keep them happy, according to reports.

It is through CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and counseling provided by Dr. Hameed Ibrahim and via Multi-Specialty Ayurvedic treatment, which is based upon Vajeekarana, Rasa Shastra and Rasayana treatment that effective and permanent control can be had over PE, thereby providing satisfied sex life. For controlling Primary PE, it is important for both the partners to have appropriate CBT counseling.
