Cholesterol & high blood pressure: If you are obese, then you are sure to have high cholesterol level in blood, thus resulting in high blood pressure. The latter will affect your blood flow, something that is responsible for lasting, strong erection. So, reduce weight.

Testosterone level: Its level is likely to decrease in your body significantly as you touch 50 years age. Testosterone levels are found to be about 1.3 percent after 40 years. Exercise: You should perform different types of exercises on a daily basis.
