Ayurvedic treatment for certain infertility related disorders

A few herbal medicines recommended to treat this disorder include Aloe Vera (Aloes), Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari), Commiphora mukul (Guggulu), Commiphora myrrha (Hirabol) and Paganum harmala (Harmal).
PCOS (Polycystic ovarian syndrome) is often cited to the reason for ovulation problems. For this, the recommended treatment is Crataeva nuevula (Varun), Caesalpinia crista (Latakaranj), Guggulu and Bauhinia variegate (Kanchnaar).

Pituitary gland tumours secreting excess prolacting are treated using Panch Tikta Ghruta Guggulu, Kanchnaar Guggulu, Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Jasminum sambac (Mogra) and Cyperus rotundus (Musta).
To treat diabetes, there is recommended Amalaki and Gymnema sylvestre (Gudmar).
To treat obesity, medicines recommended are Medohar Guggulu, Plantago ovate (Psyllium) and Alium sativum (Lashuna).
Those suffering from psychological stress are recommended Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi), Nardostachys jatamansi (Jatamansi) and Acorus calamus (Vacha).
POF (Premature ovarian failure) although rare may result in female infertility. Treatment offered are Dashmool, Ashoka, Shatavari, Chandraprabha, Leptadania reticulate (Jeevanti) and Guduchi. They are recommended along with hormone replacement therapy.
