Ayurveda treats the body of an individual as a unique combination of five primary elements which form the three physiological functions or Doshas namely the <strong>Vata<\/strong>,<strong> Pitta<\/strong> and the <strong>Kapha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Vata dosha governs the &#8221;movement&#8221; and hence controls the nerve impulses, excretion and circulation. The Pitta Dosha governs the transformation of food into nutrients for the body. The Kapha Dosha is responsible for growth and protection of the body. When the three Doshas exist in balanced quantities your health is optimal. If there is an imbalance or vitiation in any of the Dosha body becomes unhealthy. The Ayurveda evaluates the Dosha tendency of your body and inspects the vitiation and hence treats it accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>The line of treatment in Ayurveda includes <strong>exercises, meditation<\/strong> and use of <strong>herb and mineral<\/strong> based medicines to bring back the balance in the Doshas. Modern Ayurveda practitioners claim that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.khokardispensary.com\/ayurveda-treatment-premature-ejaculation\/\">PE <\/a>is caused due to imbalanced Vata Dosha in the body which interrupts the nerve impulses and blood circulation in the body. This causes early ejaculation or <strong>excretion of Shukra<\/strong>(semen).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Herbal medicines<\/strong> with Dhatupaushtik Churna and Himalayan Shilajit help bring back the balance in the Vata Dosha and also overcome the Shukra Ksheya.
