Habits like masturbating too much may also cause this condition in men. Although this condition is treated using the exercises like the squeeze- start-stop technique, there are certain herbs which help prolong the erection duration. If the condition is basically due to anxiety suffered when masturbating in secrecy, herbs which treat anxiety and relax the nerves are useful in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>The Rasayana prepared from a mix of<strong> anti-depressant or anti-anxiety<\/strong> medicine can be useful in treating the <strong>early discharge<\/strong> problem. This Rasayana is a mix of herbs like the <strong>Shankpushpi, Brahmi,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Yashtimadhu and Guduchi<\/strong>. Follow it up with a glass of warm milk on an empty stomach in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>Herbs like <strong>Sunthi, Aakarkarabh, Kankol, Lavang, Saffron<\/strong>, and few other herbs are mixed in powdered form to make a herbal powder remedy to treat the early discharge in men. This herbal powder is consumed with a teaspoon of honey at bedtime.<\/p>\n<p>Since these<strong> herbal remedies<\/strong> are the mix of a variety of aphrodisiacs or anti-depressant herbs it is always best to seek expert opinion before consuming them. Not every herb is suitable for every person, depending on the person&#8217;s ability to digest the herbal remedy one may require a certain customised herbal concoction for obtaining optimum results.
