Although masturbation<\/strong> is considered to be a healthy habit, it is a universally acknowledged fact that excessive can trouble your health<\/strong>. If you get addicted to it, then you are likely to become saves of this unwanted behaviour, as it is same as drug addiction. Its health<\/strong> demerits can be noticed quite soon.<\/p>\n

Health demerits in men due to excess masturbation<\/h4>\n

Parasympathetic nerve weakness:<\/strong> It is an important nerve to help maintain hard erection as well as hold the semen. If you masturbate excessively, then you only weaken & damage this nerve. This will result in losing control over ejaculation<\/a> & erection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Prostatitis:<\/strong> It is regarded to be an inflammation caused in the Prostate gland region. Swelling takes place due to the gland filling & emptying regularly and erections<\/strong>. Fluid is stored in the enlarged prostate, thus passing out during or after urination. You feel an itchy feeling and it may result in UTI.<\/p>\n

Hormonal imbalance:<\/strong> Hormones<\/strong> like dopamine, serotonin & neurotransmitters is lost in excessive due to over-masturbation<\/strong>. Such hormones are quite harmful for men\u2019s sexual strength, thereby causing premature ejaculation<\/a>.<\/p>\n
