Every month, the eggs are said to grow and mature in these sacs. But dysfunction or depletion of such follicles might cause premature ovarian failure.<\/p>\n<h2>Some premature ovarian failure causes<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022<strong> Chromosomal defects<\/strong>: Failure might take place because of certain genetic and chromosomal disorders. It includes the fragile X syndrome, considered to be a disorder which is related to mutation in FMR1 gene as well as Mosaic Turner Syndrome, if the woman has just a single X chromosome normal copy, while the other Chromosome is structurally defective or missing.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Toxins<\/strong>: Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are some of the common toxins which results in premature ovarian failure. Such therapies might damage genetic materials within the cell, while other toxins like cigarette smoke, chemicals, pesticides and viruses only hastens up premature ovarian failure.<br \/>\n\u2022<strong> Autoimmune diseases<\/strong>: They are also termed to be among the major reasons for premature ovarian failure.
