Stress faced on a regular basis can lead to development of mental disturbances including risk of disease and infection. To lead a happy, healthier and stress-free life, it is necessary manage stress.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><em>7 ways to regulate stress<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Proper sleep<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">&nbsp;<\/span>Adequate sleep is a must have for everyone to allow the body and mind to rest and rejuvenate.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Meditation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This is very much important and is considered to be a natural fight mechanism. This deep restful state helps counter stress. Relaxation, visualization or deep breathing techniques can lower down cortisol levels.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Balanced diet<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The balanced is termed to be one that comprises of magnesium and vitamin B in good amounts.
