These diseases spread through any form of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sexual contact. Although modern medicine is able to cure many of the STIs and STDs, these&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">medications are known to disrupt your body balance and put you at risk of contracting serious&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conditions. A look into the commonly prescribed medicines and their side effects.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Macrolide medications and severe side effects:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Macrolides like Azithromycin are advised to treat Chlamydia in general. The severe forms of side&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">effect of this drug include abdominal pain, rashes, diarrhoea and nausea.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #339966;\">Penicillins are not suitable for everyone<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chronic infections like Syphilis are treated using Penicillin. But this drug is known to produce severe&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">forms of side effects in some people. Commonly observed side effect includes rashes, confusion and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">headaches. Degebrated liver function and elevation in creatinine levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #339966;\">Rocephin or Cephalosporins<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medications like Rocephin or Ceftriaxone are prescribed to treat PID or Epididymitis. This medication&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is not advisable for prolonged use as it causes gallstones. Cephalosporins or Tetracyclines are advised&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for curing Epididymitis. This drug causes general confusion, serum sickness, renal failures and in some&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cases, colon or blood disorder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the side effects of the drug produce severe forms of illness which may simply push your body&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from one sickness to another, it is best to stay safe by exercising precaution when involved in sexual&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">intercourse. Being in an honest monogamous relationship is just one way of staying safe.
