Consuming preservative-laced foods will eventually degrade the functioning of the organs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.khokardispensary.com\/ayurveda-treatment-low-sperm-count\/\">Sperm production<\/a> is one such natural process in the body which gets affected due to consumption of wrong kinds of food. Do not consume aeriated drinks for it may promote toxin accumulation in the body. In order to maintain a good sperm count, try and include the super foods listed below.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Walnuts<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The essential nutrients found in Walnuts help in regulating the hormonal function and also improve the blood circulation.
